Health Benefits

Group Health Plan insurance includes: medical and dental coverage including dependents. Employees may elect medical coverage separately from dental coverage.

401(K) Plan

All eligible employees may participate in the 401(k) Retirement Plan. The company matches 100% of the elective contributions on the first 4% of the employees compensation; profit-sharing contributions may be exercised at the end of each year.     

Leave Benefits

  • Personal Time Off (PTO) - Full-time employees earn annual leave at the rate of 15 days (120 hours) per year. This vested benefit may be used for vacation or time off necessary due to illness.
